Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following situations:
If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. If an incorrect item was shipped.
Note: Minor variations in color or texture do not qualify as defects, as they are natural attributes of handcrafted khadi products.
Return and Exchange Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at houseofm.mani@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Approval: After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether the item is eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Instructions: Once approved, you will receive further instructions on shipping the item back to us. Please ensure items are returned in original condition, with all tags intact and packaging included.
Non-returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygienic and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made or personalized products
Items worn, washed, or altered from their original condition
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
For approved returns due to defects or incorrect items, Kargha will cover the return shipping cost.
For exchanges due to size, style preference, or other non-defective reasons, customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
